Hi, my name is Paulius Kairevicius!

I'm a freelance brand designer focused on creating meaningful logos, visual brand identities and graphics for companies of all sizes. I collaborate closely with founders, designers and my network of creatives to bring ideas to life.

I began teaching myself design when I was 15 years old. By the time I graduated high school, I had already established a sustainable skill set and since then I have worked remotely with clients all over the world.

Coming from a family of mathematicians, I grew up surrounded by numbers and shapes. My mother, grandmother and great grandmother were math teachers. When I started designing, mathematics translated into my work, resulting in minimal and geometric designs, based on mathematical structures.

What makes a successful identity design?

There are three elements that make a successful identity design. First, it must be strategic, meaning that it appeals to your target audience and communicates the right message about your company. Thus, it’s not about what you like or dislike. It’s about what works. Secondly, the identity design must be unique to its category, meaning that competing brands don’t use similar visual style. This way, customers can easily distinguish your company from competitors. Finally, the design should be timeless, avoiding temporary trends and focusing on elements that will remain relevant and effective over time.

How much do you charge?

The cost of a project depend on a factors, such as the complexity and scope of the work, the timeline and deliverables, and my own availability and interest in the project. I encourage you to reach out to me so we can discuss your project in more detail and determine if we are a good fit.

How long does it take?

If you have a specific deadline, the design process and the list of deliverables can always be customized in a way that meets your deadline. Otherwise, the length of the project can vary from three weeks to six months, depending on the list of deliverables, their difficulty, as well as clarity and speediness of our communication.

What is your creative process?

Regardless of the project, first and foremost, I get to know you and your company. Based on that, I customize my offer, making sure that we focus only on those aspects that will result in maximum value. It may come as a surprise, but not all companies need an identity or even a logo design. Maybe, all you need today is a great pitch deck that will convince the right person to invest in your company. Thus, only when we clarify your needs, I move on to exploring various visual directions, by brainstorming and sketching. Once I have one or more potential directions, I present them to you and together, we decide which concept should be pursued further. Lastly, I finalize the chosen design and send you the identity assets.
